NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–33Across, a leading digital advertising technology company, today announced the appointment of four key additions to its strategic planning and sales teams. New hires include Adam Alter as VP of performance marketing, Stephen McDermott as VP of strategic sales, Corey Caffrey as director of sales and Ryan Wilson as director of West Coast strategy, all of whom will further strengthen 33Across’ sales bench and expertise in creating innovative campaigns.

Adam Alter will be heading up the performance marketing division as vice president. Previously, Alter was the head of publisher distribution in the United Kingdom for Epic Advertising and most recently was the Principal and founder of Big Foot Consulting.
Stephen McDermott joins the company as vice president of strategic sales. Previously, Stephen held various leadership roles at Yahoo!, The Weather Channel and most recently as the director of sales at Kinetic Social.
As the director of sales, Corey Caffrey is working with the team to build out partnerships with clients and agencies in the Southern California market. Previously, Corey led corporate development efforts at SocialVibe.
Ryan Wilson manages all West Coast sales development with an emphasis on expanding the core product lines. Prior to joining 33Across, Ryan worked at ValueClick for eight years holding various leadership roles, and was most recently the director of vertical planning and development.
With U.S. digital ad spend expected to reach $177 billion in 2014, according to eMarketer, these new hires join 33Across’ team of more than 80 employees across the U.S. at a very exciting time for both the company and the industry.
