Twenty-five years ago we started a fund with a local and regional focus. It was easy to call ourselves Utah Ventures. As we expanded our focus and our portfolio, we shortened the name to UV Partners. In 2002, we added the strength from Novell’s venture capital team.

Now we are taking the fund in exciting new directions and we needed a name that reflects our passion, our success and our new reach. That success begins with our team. We have had decades of experience mentoring entrepreneurs, working side by side with some of the most innovative companies in the industry. This experience has given us the ability to understand complex technologies and recognize potential within emerging companies.
